Learning the "Inner Smile" has helped me and my body so much, it's a great centering and relaxation technique.
It's "the smile behind a smile" - Here's an exercise: 1) Look in a mirror, and put on a fake smile. Pay attention to how your face feels, and any other sensations 2) Now, think of something that genuinely makes you smile. Notice the difference, what's going on "behind your face", on the inside? 3) Try to smile mainly on the inside, with only the slightest curl on your lips.
